Q: What is The Dreaux Skybox?
A: The Dreaux Skybox is an intimate, premiere date-night experience designed for couples (and soon small groups) to celebrate special occasions such as anniversaries, birthdays, or just because moments.

Q: Where are you located?
A: We are located on the 14th floor of [insert building name/address]. Your concierge will meet you at the entrance, sign you in at security, and escort you upstairs.

Q: How long is a session?
A: Each reservation is booked for a set timeframe (typically [insert hours here]) to allow you to fully enjoy your evening without feeling rushed.

Q: Is parking available?
A: Yes. Street parking is free after 6 PM and all day on Sundays. Before 6 PM (Monday–Saturday), paid street parking is required. There are also nearby garages:

• Adjacent Garage (Convent St.)
• Corner Garage (N. St. Mary’s St. & Convent St.)

Q: How do we check in?
A: Arrive 5 minutes early. Your concierge will meet you at the main entrance, sign you in at security, and guide you to the Skybox.

Q: Is food included?
A: It depends on the package you choose:

• All-Inclusive Premier Package – Includes a private chef-prepared meal served in the Skybox.
• Date Night Essentials Package – Food is not included in the base price, but you may select from our list of partnered local restaurants. We will pick up your meal, plate it, and serve it to you.
• Brush & Bites Package – Includes three hors d’oeuvres, paired with an intimate painting experience.

Q: Can we bring our own food or drinks?
A: Outside food and alcohol are not permitted. 

Q: What occasions do you host?
A: We specialize in intimate celebrations such as birthdays, anniversaries, proposals, romantic surprises, and other meaningful moments.

Q: Can the Skybox be customized?
A: Yes! Every experience already includes a private painting session, and we also offer personalized touches such as themed décor, handwritten love notes, flowers, and sweet selections. If you have any special accommodations or unique requests, please reach out to us—we love helping you create the perfect evening.

Q: How do I book a session?
A: Reservations can be made through our website. Book early to secure your desired date.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: Cancellations made 7 days in advance are eligible for rescheduling or partial refund. 

Q: Is the Skybox private?
A: Absolutely. Each reservation is private to ensure you and your guest(s) have a secluded, uninterrupted experience.
